WELCOME TO THE 2009 PIKE COUNTY MISSOURI FAIR

The Pike County Fair is set to officially open on Tuesday, July 28 and will run through Saturday, August 1st.  Events leading up to the opening, including Fair Queen Pageant, Gymkhana, Gospel Music Concert, and 4-H and FFA Judging, will start on the preceding Sunday, July 26.  Refer to the Schedule for specific times and locations for the events.

Musical entertainment lineup for the 2009 Fair includes Joe Nichols as the headliner. Rising star Chuck Wicks will open with local talent, vErtigo, as the preview event.

In addition to the musical entertainment on the Main Stage, there will be plenty of fun for everyone. Fair event highlights include the Little Mr. and Miss Contest, Moto Cross Dirt Bike and 4-Wheeler Races. The Horse Arena features a Draft Horse Pull, Western Speed Horse Show, Open Pleasure Horse Show and Team Sorting.  Join fairgoers for the Rodeo, a Truck and Tractor Pull on the Main Track and the Demolition Derby, always a crowd-pleaser.

Get your season tickets early. General admission is all inclusive to fair events.  Prices and ticket outlets are listed under Tickets/Maps.
